With permission, I'm posting this picture and video of a dear friend competing in the Dartmouth Natal Day Race. He did a fine job!
And here he is crossing the finish line 6 miles (or 9.656064 km) later:In case you were wondering, the title of this post is meant to be ironic. It is also a reference to a movie of the same title, which I'm told is hilarious and a 'must see'.
