I have yet to connect the propane and the igniter connection. But I found out my building super is willing to help with that (which is good as these are the things that make me a little nervous). If all goes well, I should be BBQing this weekend.

Any suggestions as to what I should BBQ first?

sweet maui or walla-walla or other sweet onions sliced thickly crossways into discs, with skewers to keep them together, soaked in good olive oil and balsamic. Best thing ever. you can also do some zuchihi if it is up yet.
